Some say coldness is bitchiness. Some say cold kills. But the cold knows she is vital and she only kills off what was holding parts of the whole back. There are resiliencies found in winter that are found nowhere else in any season. There are bacteria “living” in suspended animation in ice burgs, millions of years old, waiting for their chance to resurface someday.
Only being held back by coldness’ firm grip.
There are boundaries that winter and cold sets that people fear.
There’s a determination behind the cold. And the winter.
There’s an elegance, and a grace, and a subtle fear that resonates; will I make it out of this one?
We are settling into winter season soon, so cozy in with yourself.
Learn your own boundaries, and release them like the winter releases a snow storm to blanket all the chaos underneath. ❄️❄️❄️
